Your mission
- You will participate in impact studies and functional analysis;
- You are the connection between business and development:
- You translate business requirements into functional specifications;
- You assist with the translation of functional specifications into technical requirements and / or developments;
- You test and validate completed functionality for completeness, correctness and exceptions;
- You support development teams during implementation by answering functional questions;
- You participate in go live and support phases;
- You participate in short or long-term projects, possibly at the customer’s location
Your profile
- You have at least 3 years experience as a functional analyst;
- You have a Master or bachelor degree in ICT, business management or an economic direction or equivalent through experience;
- You have a critical and analytical mind;
- You can think in a solution-oriented way;
- You can work autonomously, set priorities and have sufficient sense of responsibility;
- You are familiar with the Agile and Scrum methodology;
- You have very good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Experience with analysis and modelling techniques such as BPM and UML techniques, including Use Cases, is a plus
