The Intelligent Automation Consultant we’re looking for:

  • In your role you will be responsible for guiding our customers to a higher level of automation. By giving them professional advice, select the best solution for them and support in the implementation and after care of it.
  • As we offer multiple solutions it is your role to define together with the customer what would best fit their needs. As a professional you will use your own knowledge on the different solutions we offer and/or work together with other specialists to ensure we meet the digitalization goals with our customers.
  • Your role will also be to configure and integrate our software solutions into the customer environment, and you be actively involved in the definition and conception of the solution.
  • Executes project work within pre-defined timeframes in agreement with the customer.
  • Liaises internally with our project manager(s), Customer Success Managers and other colleagues.
  • You will also be given an opportunity to take on project responsibility and your role holds an exciting challenge, working with complex software solutions in an environment with ever changing requirements, and where you’ll always have something new to work on. You’ll be working in a market with a strong outlook for the future.
  • Up to date in what concerns the latest innovative technologies.

  • Set-up and configure the solution as functionally described.
  • Creates, re-uses training material to conduct key-user and/or end-user trainings.
  • Supports customers during user acceptance testing and during hyper care.
  • Continuously evaluates and improves their way of working, resulting in continuous improvement.

A successful colleague:

  • You’re professional services consultant with experience in a software solutions environment, ideally in the case/document management environment, however, the ability and willingness to learn are more important.
  • You have a high level of initiative, and a high degree of willingness to learn.
  • You’re autonomous and proactive, you have a structured and goal-oriented way of working but you also enjoy working with people and are a real team player.
  • Innovative thinking, with a good deal of positivity, proactiveness and a willingness to embrace change.
  • Communicating pro-actively and efficiently with the team.
  • With a down-to-earth personality, common sense and plenty of humor.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Interest in Intelligent Business Process Automation, more specifically in the Case Management domain.
  • Willing to join our company parties and trips.
