Already in the early 2000’s, Mölnycke established a Financial Service Center (FSC) in Gothenburg, Sweden. Able to manage the advancing centralization, the operational processes should be as efficient as possible.
Because of the financial expertise, experience with shared services, knowledge of the financial software and pragmatic approach, OptiMinds was selected for assessment of the A/P processes. OptiMinds provided insights in the actual processes, based on measurable data and information from different process stakeholders. All gathered information was centralized and assessed in a structured way. Based on the results of the study, we formulated possible TO BE requirements, potential optimizations and assessed the priorities in function of the potential value and implementation complexity. Additional advice on elimination of decentral activities was also provided.
